No Refunds After Delivery: Once the product has been delivered and is in your possession, we cannot issue refunds. This is because we cannot guarantee that the product has not been opened, used, or tampered with.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Packing Error: If there was an error on our end during packing or fulfillment.
- Damaged Product: If a product arrives broken or damaged and the shipment did not include USPS insurance.
